The braided stainless steel construction remains strong, but with exceptional flexibility and the heavy-duty nickel plated brass hex nuts are easy to grip for quick DIY installation. The design is meant to resist kinks or creases in hard to reach install areas. Fluidmaster Ice Maker Connectors exceed all code requirements for flexible water connectors and are lead free.
