Bussmann BP/FRN‑R‑30 – Fusetron Dual‑Element Time‑Delay Class RK5 Fuse (30A):

The BP/FRN‑R‑30 is a dual‑element, time‑delay, current‑limiting Class RK5 fuse designed for protecting motors, power distribution equipment, and industrial circuits subject to high inrush currents. It provides reliable overload and short‑circuit protection while allowing temporary surges during motor starts or transformer energization.

  • Dual‑element time‑delay fuse suitable for circuits with temporary overloads (motor starting). 
  • Time‑delay performance: 8 seconds minimum at 500% of rated current for the 0–30A range.
  • Current‑limiting design reduces damaging fault current levels. 
  • Non‑indicating style, though indicating versions exist in the FRN‑R line. 
  • Rejection‑type fuse ensuring proper installation only in Class R‑rated fuse holders.
