The AMES® MSS5 Maximum-Stretch® is a high-performance, water-based elastomeric roof coating and sealant designed to deliver exceptional waterproofing, flexibility, and energy efficiency. Formulated with a unique blend of rubber and acrylic polymers, this coating creates a seamless, watertight membrane that expands and contracts with your roof, protecting it from leaks, UV damage, and thermal stress.

Installation Tips:

  1. Surface Prep: Clean thoroughly with a pressure washer or broom. Remove loose debris, oils, and contaminants.
  2. Primer: For best results on porous or rubber surfaces, apply Ames® Blue Max® as a primer.
  3. Application: Apply two coats using a brush, roller, or sprayer. Allow proper drying time between coats.
  4. Maintenance: Inspect annually and reapply as needed to maintain optimal protection.
