Installation:

  1. Prepare the Conduit: Cut the flexible liquid-tight conduit to the desired length using a utility knife. Ensure the cut is clean and straight 
  2. Insert the Conduit: Slide the conduit into the connector until it reaches the internal stop 
  3. Tighten the Compression Nut: Hand-tighten the compression nut onto the connector. This ensures a secure and watertight seal 
  4. Attach to the Enclosure: Insert the threaded end of the connector into the knockout hole of the electrical enclosure or junction box 
  5. Secure with Locknut: From inside the enclosure, thread the locknut onto the connector and tighten it securely with a screwdriver 

Tools Required: 

  1. Utility Knife: To cut the flexible liquid-tight conduit to the desired length
  2. Pliers: Useful for tightening the compression nut securely
  3. Screwdriver: To tighten the locknut inside the electrical enclosure or junction box 
  4. Measuring Tape: To measure the conduit length accurately 
  5. Marker: To mark the cutting point on the conduit
