The Square D QO™ QOT2020CP is a compact 20‑amp tandem circuit breaker designed to maximize panel space while delivering reliable overload and short‑circuit protection. Part of the premium QO™ series, this tandem breaker combines two independent 20‑amp single‑pole breakers into a single panel space, making it ideal for panel upgrades, renovations, or applications where circuit capacity must be expanded without replacing the load center.

Engineered exclusively for compatible Square D QO™ load centers that are rated for tandem breakers, the QOT2020CP provides the same trusted Square D performance as full‑size breakers. Each pole operates independently, ensuring accurate thermal‑magnetic protection for each connected branch circuit.

Like all QO™ breakers, the QOT2020CP features the signature Visi‑Trip™ indicator, which displays a clear orange indicator when a circuit trips. This allows for fast identification and troubleshooting without removing the panel cover, helping reduce downtime and simplify maintenance.
