The SharkBite UR23037 Max Straight Stop Valve provides a fast, tool‑free method to control water flow to fixtures such as faucets, toilets, dishwashers, and other appliances. This model connects 1/2‑inch push‑to‑connect inlet piping to a 3/8‑inch compression outlet, making it ideal for stub‑out installations during new construction or renovation.

Built from lead‑free DZR brass with a polished chrome finish, the valve is engineered for durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Its quarter‑turn full‑port brass ball valve allows smooth, precise shut‑off, even in tight or confined spaces.

The push‑to‑connect inlet is compatible with PEX, copper, CPVC, PE‑RT, and HDPE pipes. Features like a stainless‑steel grab ring and EPDM O‑ring ensure a secure, watertight seal.
