Application: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
Applications:
Commercial Electrical Installations: Ideal for changing the direction of conduit runs in office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.
Industrial Settings: Used in factories and industrial facilities where durable and reliable conduit connections are necessary.
Residential Projects: Suitable for home electrical wiring projects, providing a neat and efficient way to navigate around corners.
Outdoor Installations: When properly sealed, it can be used in outdoor settings to ensure moisture resistance and maintain the integrity of the electrical system
Installation:
Prepare the Conduit:
Measure and cut the EMT conduit to the required lengths using a pipe cutter or hacksaw.
Deburr the cut ends using a deburring tool or file to ensure smooth edges.
Insert the Conduit:
Slide one end of the conduit into one side of the elbow until it is fully seated.
Repeat this step for the other piece of conduit on the opposite side of the elbow.
Secure the Connection:
Tighten the set screws on the elbow using a screwdriver or wrench. Ensure the screws are tight enough to hold the conduit securely in place.
Check the Installation:
Verify that the conduit is firmly connected and the elbow is properly aligned.
Ensure there are no gaps or loose connections.
Tape the Connection (Optional):
For added protection, especially in outdoor or damp environments, you can wrap the connection with electrical tape to ensure it is concrete-tight
