P475 Straight Liquidite Connector 1-1/2 In. Component type liquid tight connectors are fabricated from rugged, corrosion proof 6/6 nylon and are built to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations and other harsh weather conditions, while ensuring the most secure connection. Nonmetallic construction offers the maximum flexibility. Color Gray as a straight fixture, easy assembly avoids removal of compression nut. Suitable for both wet and dry conditions. UL listed.

Installation:

Prepare the Conduit:
- Measure and cut the conduit to the desired length using a hacksaw or conduit cutter.
- Smooth the edges of the cut conduit with a reaming tool or round file.

Disassemble the Connector:
- Unscrew the large top nut and separate the pieces of the connector.

Slide on the Components:
- Slide the large cap and gasket over the conduit.

Attach the Connector:
- Insert the small threaded piece into the end of the conduit.
- Slide the cap and gasket back up to the threaded piece.

Secure the Connector:
- Install the bottom piece of the connector into the pre-drilled hole in the box or panel.
- Secure it with the lock ring.

Tighten the Assembly:
- Screw the large ring onto the bottom piece and tighten it with pliers until the gasket is compressed and forms a watertight seal.
Tools Required:
- Tape Measure: To measure the length of the conduit.
- Hacksaw or Conduit Cutter: For cutting the conduit to the desired length.
- Reaming Tool or Round File: To smooth out the edges of the cut conduit.
- Adjustable Wrench or Pliers: For tightening the connector components.
