Mitchell Webb, owner of Wilton Springs Hardware and Dandridge Hardware, recalls working with Wallace Distribution even in the early years. "When the Wilton Springs store first opened, I was four years old. I can remember, as a little boy, going to hardware shows that were held in the Wallace warehouse. John D. Wallace greeted every customer as they arrived. We continue to go to the shows and they still treat us with that same respect. They continuously provided us with the opportunity to buy product at better pricing".
